Junior Production Systems Support Specialist

Overview

The IT Specialist / Production Systems Support Specialist (PSSS) maintains and supports CfMC’s Services operations, providing technical support for the internal hardware and software used by the CfMC Service Bureau staff and ASP software clients. The PSSS is responsible for the setup and maintenance of systems used for Web-based data collection (web-based surveys), analysis and reporting used by internal team members and our SaaS clients.

This position is based in San Francisco.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical systems design/support
  • 5+ years of Unix experience
  • Experience with virtualization: (designing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting) preferred
  • Working knowledge of CfMC study server installation and maintenance preferred
  • Customer service orientation; strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience implementing disaster recovery capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems such as Windows 98, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows Server
  • Strong knowledge of Linux / UNIX Operating Systems (RedHat, CentOS, etc), Windows, OSX
  • Strong knowledge of Network Appliances and Network Operating Systems and Applications (Routers, Firewalls, Switches, modems)
  • Sound knowledge of Apache, MySQL, POP, Sendmail, iptables.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages including: HTML, php, c shell, perl, java preferred
  • Schedule flexibility and around-the-clock availability required

Service Bureau Project Manager

Mentor Programmer

Overview

The Project Manager is primarily responsible for programming table
specifications to meet the requirements laid out by the client. This job
often includes verifying the integrity of the data and manipulating the data
into formats that integrate with various software programs.

The Project Manager is responsible for communicating with clients on issues including project timelines, deliverables, budgetary constraints, and project implementation. The position includes working with vendors who provide such services as coding and data entry.

This position can be remotely performed, though candidates in and around Denver, Colorado, are preferred.

Qualifications
  • BS/BA from an accredited four-year school
  • 2-4 Years Mentor experience programming tables
  • Ability to clean/manipulate data using Mentor
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • High level of customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage all aspects of a survey project

Technical Support Engineer

Overview

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing excellent post-sales technical support to our clients using CfMC software products and hardware. This position includes extensive troubleshooting of application and system issues. The TSE is also often involved with many facets of the software including, but not limited to marketing, documentation, Beta testing, demos, and training.

This position can remotely performed, though candidates in and around San Francisco are preferred.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/BA from an accredited four-year school
  • 3+ years of experience using multiple CfMC software products
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Flexibility with the aptitude to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
