CATI
- software leases for use with CATI stations (Survent and webCATI ) are based on the number of interviewer stations
- licensed stations can range from as few as 5 stations to several thousand
Web surveys
- software leases for Web surveys (webSurvent) are based on expected concurrent user levels
- concurrent user licenses range from up to 50 to 1,000 per machine
flexible lease options
discounts - CfMC offers a variety of lease discounts including non profit, educational, and annual pre-payment discounts.
temporary increases - CfMC clients can temporarily increase their Survent and webSurvent licenses to accommodate increased demand for their services - whether the increase lasts one month, three months, or twelve. Most, but not all lease agreements accommodate for this flexibility. Please contact us to learn more.
fifth highest day - Survent and webCATI users may choose to be billed based on their 5th highest day of usage.
