G1. CfMC Development Report - including a webSuper overview
G2. Buzz-word or Business-Savvy? Global Outsourcing - The Big Picture. Hear from veteran CfMC users their experiences, thoughts, and words of wisdom around globalization as it impacts our business. A panel discussion exploring the trend at large as well as detail on execution and logistics for effective optimization of outsourcing. Concluding with individual views on our sector-environment as we move forward over the next several years.
G3. CfMC's Response to Outsourcing
G4. The 2007 Corkscrew meeting and creativity with CfMC software. We will first present awards for the best entries in the CfMC Developers' Contest. Next, CfMC clients will convene in a no-staff session to discuss and prioritize your product and service development needs. Read more about the Corkscrew Meeting.
CfMC 40th Anniversary Celebration Dinner, 6pm -10pm - spouses and guests welcome!
Friday, March 16th - Day Two
G5. The CfMC Corkscrew Response. CfMC's president responds to your top requests and concerns from Thursday's Corkscrew meeting. We'll also announce the plans for the 2008 Users' Conference.
G5. Sharing CfMC Projects. A round table discussion with users and staff about the advantages and difficulties experienced when projects are shared between research firms.
G6. The CfMC Wish List. In this open forum session, CfMC development staff will present the current list of Wish List development items. Users are encouraged to provide feedback and guidance during this session as we refine and update your list of ideal features and functions.

B1. CfMC Research Software Basics: About CfMC and our Products. This CfMC overview session will give you more insight into CfMC's culture, our products, and our business practices.
B2. Catch Me If You Can!: (How to Keep Cheaters Out of Your Next Online Survey). Guest speakers: Eric Sandberg, e-Rewards and Rick Garlick, Director of Consulting and Strategic Implementation Maritz Research . Read our guest speaker bios.

P3. Mentor Tips and Tricks: We have dug down deep into the Mentor manual and found some gems we know you'll want to try. Some of the items to be reviewed include data manipulation techniques and how to avoid the most frequently encountered errors on tables with significance testing. We'll also review how you can read delimited files and ODBC files with Mentor.
P4. Working with Sound and Dialers
Project & Call Center Management sessions
This track is designed for call center supervisors and project managers. Learn how to better utilize the supervisor utility and tips for managing sample and more!
Thursday, March 15th
M1. Introducing webSuper: WebSuper is a browser-based webCATI project and interviewer management/reporting tool. Now, your production reports and sample management functions can be accessed via point and click
M2. Tips for CATI: sample management. CfMC's head of support will guide you through best practices in managing sample with Survent.
Friday, March 16th
M3. An Updated webPM and a Review of quickSurvent: see what new features have been added to webPM and how you can use quickSurvent to train programmers or share the survey writing workload.
M4. CATI Operations Reporting: quota and production reports (webCATI or standard Survent).

Further develop your Web reporting and webSurvent skills and learn more about CfMC Web project management tools.
