This utility helps you set up batch files so that you can send a form message to a large number of e-mail addresses from an organized list or text file.

It's a mail-merge tool for survey research.

eMailer message scheduling

This utility enables you to create a schedule of batches of e-mails to be sent at your specific, preferred times. Parameters that may be set include:

• days of the week to exclude
• time during the day to exclude
• holidays to exclude
• between record delays

Our clients use eMailer for invitations, reminders, thank you notes, or any emailed communication.

The message body can be set as text (ASCII), HTML and other acceptable MIME formats. Character encoding may also be set.

Messages sent with eMailer can contain user-specified variables. E-mail addresses and other variables can be defined as column or field-delimited format as a text file (usually a CfMC sample file).

All parameters and variables are stored in a parameter file created by this eMailer utility.
