Survey Creation

Navigator’s point-and-click survey composer has special features not found in other programming interfaces and includes:

• More than 15 question types including attribute scales, constant sum, short and long text, quota-based, numeric ranges, and more
• Quality-control response options including random rotate, other-specify, zero-fill, ranges and more
• Import sample with CSV, ASCII and CfMC system files
• Easily duplicate a questionnaire
• Assign quotas
• Choose from our selection of survey “looks” or use your own .CSS

Advanced users of CfMC software can also use survey scripts created outside of Navigator.  You can even use your own javascript, images, and other files accessed by your survey.

Manage your studies, sample and interviewers

 Your Supervisors and Project Managers can now have access to:

• Over 30 production reports including quotas, dispositions, hits, starts, completes, suspends, sessions
• Robust sample management features including sample availability by study, setting call parameters (time zones, day part times), and current call scheduling- all available by browser and mouse
• Response tracking: hits, survey starts, failed access by type, suspends, resumes, terminates, and access by specific password
• Manage the interviewer database
• Control sample parameters
• Quickly access quota counts, sample production and reporting modules

Navigator is equipped with an array of out-of-the-box Web survey reporting capabilities that can be shared with clients, including:

• Automatic On-Demand cross tabs, custom verbatim reporting (open-ends) and Custom Web Tables
• Reformat and export data in ASCII, SPSS, SAS, Triple-S (XML) and more
• Share access to your production reports with users anywhere
• Provide clients with up-to-date data tables
• Produce “Canned” data analysis reports that require no scripting
• Implement custom reports and specs created outside of Navigator
