The much anticipated release of Survent, version 8.1 brings the introduction of webSuper, CfMC's CATI study management tool.
WebSuper was designed with CATI supervisors and project managers in mind and performs many of the same tasks that Survent's terminal-mode supervisor delivered ... but in a friendly browser-based interface.
Supervisors can now manage studies, start CATI/webCATI stations, access quota reports, monitor stations, manage sample and much, much more, all with a few clicks of the mouse.
