CATI/CAPI project overview
For computer-assisted telephone or personal interviews, a typical project will begin after our project manager receives your final questionnaire. Using CfMC Survent our project manager will deliver you a professional CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview), webCATI, or CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interview) survey.
After data collection has been completed through the telephone, the Web, or personal interview, our Project Manager can easily integrate CfMC's tabulation package, Mentor with Survent, providing you with complete cross tabulations of your data.
