- number of expected completes
- incidence rate
- sample size
- sample source (panel, client-provided, or phone recruit)
- response rate (if client-provided sample)
- number of waves
- sample incidence
- number of languages (which languages)
- will survey logic or quotas be driven by preexisting sample information
- will a QPX be provided? (for CfMC users)

- expected field time

data tabulation
- a copy of the survey (if available)
- methodology of data collection
- number of surveys
- number of single and multiple response questions
- table output format (real-time web, e-mailed, printed, or excel)
